From The Founder
We didn’t build The Federal Group because we admired how others did things. We built this company because we knew that the conventional parts manufacturing model—the one that sacrifices quality for cost and treats relationships as commodities—was failing clients, customers, and industries at large.
People deserve products and partnerships they trust. But trust, like every high-quality part, isn’t pulled from the ether. It’s forged and formed and fastened. It’s tested and checked.
When I started The Federal Group on October 13, 1980, I knew what we were building was bigger than nuts and bolts and went beyond fasteners.
Even as we expanded to castings, fabrications, forgings, and assemblies, what has driven our company forward is our relentless commitment to the intentional details that paint a better, bigger picture. Anything worth building is greater than the sum of its parts.
