This 12″ safety-yellow industrial fan showcases the integrated manufacturing and assembly capabilities available to you through TFG USA.

Please note the wire forming and welding to create easy-clean powder-coated quick-release fan guards, the tube bending and piercing—all assembled with a permanently-lubricated 120-volt 50-watt 60 Hz .48 amp electric fan motor, power cord, adjusting knobs, and custom base with integrated rubber feet.

Materials and methods come together to create the quietest and most efficient air circulation unit for floor, tabletop, wall, or overhead mounting (with included workstation fan bracket).

The industrial fan assembly process

The industrial fan assembly begins with the wire forming process of the fan blade guard, as seen in the photo. The wire is formed into the fan guard shape and then welded together. This technique creates the fan’s quick-release guards.

Next, the tube bending and piercing take place. The tubes are bent to create the shape of the fan base and then pierced to accept the tilting/adjusting screws that allow for optimal airflow, operator comfort, and efficient productivity.

We then install the electric fan motor into the assembly. This permanently-lubricated motor can run smoothly for years to come.

Finally, we add the over-molded plastic adjusting knobs and rubber feet to the assembly. These knobs allow you to adjust the tilt of the fan head, and the rubber feet will keep it in its place.
