ISO Recertification 2017

On May 17, 2017 The Federal Group USA’s ISO compliance team underwent our annual surveillance audit for ongoing ISO 9001:2008 certification. The audit was conducted at our Southfield, Michigan office by an auditor working on behalf of www.nsf.org.

Having been certified by NSF assures consumers, retailers and regulators that products have been rigorously tested to comply with all National and International standard requirements. The surveillance audit covered an overview of TFG’s quality processes and objectives, including Management Review, Customer Satisfaction, Internal Audit Results, Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions. Due to the hard work, preparation and dedication of our team, we passed with flying colors.

Our team is already beginning to prepare for next year’s audit, which will require re-certification to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard.
