Re-certification to ISO 9001 by NSF

The Federal Group USA is pleased to announce our re-certification to ISO 9001 by NSF. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. It is especially important to our strategic business plan as we expand our efforts to compete in the worldwide marketplace.
