After the aluminum die casting process, these parts were moved to our CNC machining facility where they underwent a variety of milling, drilling, and facing operations with part-specific fixturing.
Finishing Operations
Once the CNC machining process was complete, the parts were heat treated for case-hardening and eventually finished with a sleek black oxide coating. The advantage of black oxide coating is enhanced corrosion resistance and improved appearance of metal surfaces through the formation of a durable, black oxide layer.
