The Federal Group USA has utilized many different metal forming and assembly processes over the last 30 years. A special case was the development of a simple design to catch animal hair in a veterinarian/groomer associated setting.

We have formed perforated steel into various configurations. We can manufacture the perforated tube into spiral wound or rolled product, depending on the specific needs of the end user. The capability to further assemble using welding, riveting, machining, etc, allows for many different customer-facing products.
