Custom Drill Bits Manufacturer

Used for mining and drilling, these parts are manufactured by hot forging which ensures there are no porosity issues that could cause breakage when drilling deep and through rock. The standard material for this product is 4140-4340. The hardness and strength of these materials is ideal for a drilling application. These drill bits are also machined at the tips with additional carbide attached to enhance their capability to cut through the toughest earth.
