Recently, our team at The Federal Group gathered for a celebratory lunch. As a custom metal parts manufacturing business with a legacy spanning over four decades, we’ve built more than just products; we’ve built a family. This lunch was not only an opportunity to break from the daily routine but also a chance to honor our team’s dedication and commitment that keep our projects running smoothly.

Set near our headquarters in Ferndale, the lunch gave everyone a chance to step back, connect, and share stories. Team members, from long-timers who have been part of The Federal Group’s journey from its earlier days to new hires excited to contribute, shared laughs, memories, and insights. It was amazing to see everyone mingling and exchanging ideas, reinforcing the bonds that keep us united and moving forward as a team.
