We provide custom hot chamber die casting services for businesses requiring fast-cycle, high-volume production of intricate metal components.
Certified Quality
This rigorous QMS 9001:2015 Certified quality management system is designed to verify every lesson is learned early and every part aligns with exact built-to-print specifications.
Engineering Feasibility
We perform comprehensive engineering feasibility reviews on all submitted drawings. This helps confirm your part geometry is optimized for the hot chamber casting machine and mass production scalability.
Multi-Slide Capabilities
We use advanced hot chamber and multi-slide die casting machinery to achieve up to 10 to 15 cycles per minute. This equipment is ideal for high-volume production of complex, near-net-shape components with minimal waste.
Value-Added Secondary Operations
We support the core casting process with comprehensive secondary operations under one umbrella. This includes precise CNC machining, tapping, drilling, assembly, and custom finishing.
Industries We Serve
We manufacture high-precision hot chamber die cast components for demanding commercial and industrial applications.

Medical Equipment Manufacturers
We use the hot chamber die casting process to create highly accurate, thin-walled medical device housings and brackets. These custom metal parts meet the strict tolerances required for diagnostic and patient monitoring systems.

Agriculture Equipment Manufacturing
Our high-volume manufacturing produces durable gearbox housings, pump bodies, and bearing housings for heavy-duty agricultural use. These components withstand continuous environmental stress in sprayers and tillage equipment.
Industrial Equipment Manufacturers
We cast complex manifolds, valve bodies, and couplings for broad industrial applications. Our fast-cycle manufacturing helps industrial businesses reduce per-unit costs on high-volume runs.
Processes and Technologies We Support
We support three primary types of die casting to match your specific material and volume requirements. Because die casting hot chamber technology is highly efficient for specific metals, we help businesses select the right method for their application.
- Hot chamber die casting: Injects molten metal directly from a built-in furnace. Best suited for lower-melting-point alloys and fast-cycle production runs.
- Cold chamber die casting: Molten metal is ladled into the machine rather than drawn from a built-in furnace. Ideal for aluminum alloys and medium- to high-volume production runs requiring high strength.
- Multi-slide die casting: Uses multiple perpendicular slides to form intricate geometries. Enables complex, near-net-shape components while reducing the need for secondary operations.
High-Performance Machinery and Tooling
The hot chamber casting machine operates using a submerged furnace design. The plunger mechanism and gooseneck sit directly inside a molten metal bath within the machine’s holding furnace. A hydraulic plunger downstroke forces liquid metal through a heated nozzle, directing it through precise gating systems and sprues into the steel die cavity at very high pressure.
Once the metal solidifies, automated ejector pins facilitate rapid part removal, and the tooling is lightly coated with release agents to prepare for the next injection. Our equipment typically holds tolerances up to +/- 0.002 inches, and it easily accommodates part weights ranging from a few grams up to 100 pounds.
Hot Chamber Die Casting Materials We Use
This process relies strictly on low-melting-point alloys to protect the internal machinery. We cast parts using zinc, magnesium, and lead alloys to achieve optimal flow and rapid solidification.
High-melting-point metals like aluminum, copper, and brass are not suitable for this method because their high temperatures and chemistry would erode the iron-based injection components submerged in the hot pool. We provide comprehensive material certifications for every project to verify precise alloy composition and mechanical properties.
Secondary Processes and Finishing Capabilities
We finalize part geometry and surface requirements through comprehensive secondary operations and treatments.
- Secondary operations: We use precision machining, tapping, drilling, assembly, and deburring to finalize your component.
- Custom finishing: We apply specialized coatings like anodizing, plating, and powder coating to enhance corrosion resistance and final appearance.
